How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready to check out, click the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, you can also complete orders with your digital wallets like; PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer service team.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer express shipping options. Delivery times typically takes 6-8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only operate in the United States. We're looking forward to widening our customer base.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on either the carrier's website, or our tracking page here.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Find more info on our return and refund policy here.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please fill out the Contact Form and add "Return/Exchange" as the message subject. Our customer service team will provide instructions for sending back your item.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or color. Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund for the original item once we receive and inspect your return.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?
Enter the discount code in the "Promo Code" box at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
While some discounts can be combined, most of our discounts can not be combined. You'll be told whether a discount is combinable or not. Be sure to choose the code that gives you the best deal.
