Refund & Return Policy

At Street Vogue, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Not be a sale item or otherwise ineligible for return.

Note:

  • All returns will automatically be issued store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds change of mind or incorrect sizing choices. 
  • We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
  • Street Vogue is not responsible for returning shipping costs.
  • Any orders resulting in a return for unclaimed or rejected custom fees, missed delivery, or incorrect address, will be issued in a store credit excluding the shipping fees. This will be issued only once the carrier confirms return on your tracking link. We do not provide refunds for these returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Use our Contact Us page, or email us at support@ shopstreetvogue.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be issued full store
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely. Ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund for the original item once we receive and inspect your return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Custom or personalized items.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@shopstreetvogue.com within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving our refund approval notification, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@shopstreetvogue.com.
